The Corona pandemic has disrupted everyday life – from consumer to brands to channel partners – everyone is severely affected. Its no longer business as usual – every business has to change itself to survive and grow in these pandemic days. While both B2B and B2C campaigns both affected – B2B, in my view, is more severely affected. B2B sales channels are lifelines for any brand. Maintaining the distribution and supply channels are emerging as truly challenging. All brands are affected – known as well as not so known. One trend is getting increasingly clear – Online is no longer AN OPTION but ONLY OPTION.
