Description :We are an A class Contractor, Trading House in Nepal working mostly
in Government Tenders, Global Bids etc.

We are seeking Manufacturer / A-Class Distributor for the supply and
delivery of Accessories and Spare Parts: for Rotor Wing (Helicopter)
and Fixed Wing(Aircraft). This is to supply in Nepal in a regular sales
basis throughout the F/Y 2065/66., where you need to enlist your
company in the in the concerning authority Supplier's List via a Local Agent.

Hence, for this we are keen interested to work as your local agent for
the supply of any accessories/spares in Nepal on behalf of your company.
Here below, Please find the details of the notice and if you are interested
to participate in this enlistment procedure for your future business in
Nepal Army, Please let us know in advance asap.

Notice:

No. 11 Brigade, hereby invites formal application From reputed foreign-based
manufacturers and authorized distributor to enlist their company in the annual
procurement list 200R/2D09 for the supply of accessories and spares parts of the
aircrafts and helicopters to the No. 11 Brigade. The scaled applications with
details as stated below should be submitted to this office keeping in a folder
during working hours within 30 (Thirty) days from the first late of publication
of this notice.

Accessories and Spare Parts:

a) Group `A' Rotor Wing (Helicopter)
i Mi-17 IV and Mi-17 V5 Helicopters accessories and spare parts.
ii SA3301 Puma helicopter's accessories and spare pairs .
iii SA316 Alouette, Lancer and Cheetah's accessories and spare parts.
Iv AS350 B2 Ecureuil helicopter's accessories and spare parts.
v. AS350B3 Ecureuil helicopter's accessories and spare parts
vi. ALH (Advance Light Helicopter's accessories and spare parts).
b) Group `B' Fixed Wing(Aircraft)
HS-748 Avro aicrafts accessories and spare parts.
SC-7 Skyvan aircraft's accessories and spare pans.
M-28 Skytruck aircrafts accessories and spare parts,
iv. BN2T Islander aircrafts accessories and spare parts
v. MA-60 aircraft is accessories and spare parts.


Required documentation for the application:
a. All the relevant documents as mentioned in para 1 (a) and (b)
b. The company should clearly indicate the group of accessories and
spare parts for the enlistment among the listed accessories and
spare parts in Para 2 (a) and (b).
c. Its local agent intends to enlist more than one company, (here should be
separate enveloping with the above-mentioned requirements.
d. The application, which is Dot fulfilling the requirements, will be
disqualified.
