In case the goods delivered by the seller do not comply with the
requirements specified by Thai or are defective or deficient, seller shall,
immediately when informed by Thai, replace such goods with the
new, complete, good condition goods, with seller own expenses.
Delivery schedule and quantity may be amended according to
Thai requirements.

Product sample for approval before first delivery purpose
The supplier must submit 5 pieces of product sample for
approval within 45 days after the date of receipt of purchase
order, otherwise Thai reserves the rights to cancel the purchase order.
