We are looking for barge type oil refinery with 15,000 BPD.

We once received such oil refinery with specifications and
pictures from one company in USA at USD21.9 million
dollars as where is in USA.

But when we asked them the following questions, they never
answer us.

1. What grade of Crude Oil does it refine?
2. Is CIF possible rather than FOB (additional price can be
included)?
3. Where is its present location ?
4. When was the last time the Barge was in operation?
5. Send us seller's profiles (you can delete any contact details
if necessary) ?

If you have such or similar barge type oil refinery, we will
appreciate your urgent proposal with above answers.

We have also one reliable buyer (a consortium among various
Middle Eastern Companies with a major in Italy) who is looking
for oil refinery with minimum 50,000 BPD and they want such
oil refinery already in operation and will purchase as where
