Description :Dear Sir,
I have a project that may be more suited to your company.
I believe your company excels in building custom store displays.
I would like to send some files on a Tie Display and would like to have you
quote them.
It may not be a large qty for this first order, but it could turn into something
really big.
Not only this project but others would be quoted on a regular basis.
As my client gets projects to quote, we will be immediately sending them
to you, if you decide you want to pursue this type of arrangement.
I am working with a fixture manufacturer here in Oklahoma that wants to
outsource a lot of its particle board and melamine type cabinets.
Over the next six months we are going to be sending many requests for
quotes and aggressively pursuing a manufacturer that can do the following:
1. Respond quickly to requests for bids.
2. Can manufacture wood, metal, and plastic store displays
3. Quote both RTA and fully assembled displays to determine the
best cost of shipping and/or assembly here in the states.
4. Provide a quick turnaround on samples
5. Provide a short lead time when the purchase order is placed
6. Customer service of the highest degree
7. Provide a quality product for the best price
This particular bid is short notice.

I must give them an answer by Dec 28th 2008.

Hopefully other projects will not be so rushed.
This project is a 4-Sided Men?s Tie Display Rack.
