Description :We have an ongoing requirement for BLCO on behalf of
a pool of buyers whom we represent.
These buyers are split about equally between flippers,
major oil companies, and refineries.
Most of our buyers want product on a CIF basis.
Several want product on an FOB basis.
ONE wants product on a TTT basis.
We are a buy side commissioned agent, not the mandate.
