Description :Dear Sir,

Leading manufacturer of disposable items such as different
types of medical Gauze, Hydrophil cotton and etc. As cotton
is the main raw material of our factory and because we
found your company as a manufacturer of Bleached Cotton,
may kindly request you to send us your price list and
relevant sample of Bleached Cotton with following
specification for having technical test and market research.

100% cotton without any impurity and/or smelling.
Monotonous thickness and width.
High tensile strength .No substance has to be observed
during tearing the cotton.
100% pure cotton without any contamination, stain or extra
substances.
Average length of fiber must be min.15 mm.
Max 4.5% Nep is acceptable.
Period for full water absorption: Max 10 Seconds
As we need 2 different types of Bleached cotton please
submit prices for 2 following types.

Type A) Period for water absorption: Max 10 Seconds
Percentage of water absorption: Min 23 times more than
its weight.

Type B) No water absorption.
Percentage of other substances inside water: Max 0.5 % of
cotton?s weight.
Percentage of other substances inside ether: Max 0.3 % of
cotton?s weight.

Percentage of Ash: Max 0.5% of cotton?s weight.


Percentage of reabsorbing humidity : Max 8%
Reaction against Ultra Violet: No blue spot should be
observed.

Reaction against Phenyl Phetalein and Helianthin :
Neutral No colorings substances should be observed.
No substance for active surface should be observed.
No oxidizing agents
No deoxidizing agents
Resistance against heat: Cotton should not be analysis or
get brown against heat.
