Description :I have a small boat building company in the Philippines, and
I hope to have bronze name plates made--with my company
name and logo on them--so I can install one on each boat
I build. I prefer solid cast (or forged?) bronze name plates
that are made in the shape of an oval the size of a business
calling card, or about 50mm by 90mm, and perhaps 5-7mm
thick. These name plates will be attached to the hull of the
boat, so the back side can be smooth and flat (or rough and
flat) since it will never be seen. The front of each name
plate will have raised letters along the and along the bottom of the
oval, with my company logo depicted as a raised image in the
middle. Each name plate will have a hole on either side of the
oval so it can be fastened to the boat with silicon bronze
screws or thru-bolts. The circumference of the oval will be
made in the pattern of a twisted rope.

I am not seeking a shiny or machined finish, but it is very
important that all the letter on the name plate are formed
clearly and legibly so they can be read after decades
of exposure to the marine environment and its corrosive
effects.

If your company can manufacture an item like this for me,
please recommend a suitable bronze alloy formula, and tell
me how you propose to make these items. The better description
and the more complete information you give me now, the more
likely I am to buy from you. Note that in the future I plan to
become a retail seller of bronze name plates, bronze ship
bells, bronze figureheads, bronze cleats, and many other
bronze items for boats and boating--but my immediate need
is only for the bronze name plates.

minimum order quantity and price if possible. Quality is more
important than price to me, but I hope your price will be
reasonable too
