Before forward our demand ,we are a group for trading agencies located in
Mosul-IRAQ
Kindly send me your quotation for the attached inquiry regarding supply us
5,000,000 pcs of poly-propylene sacks for cement packing with below
specification:

1. The sacks are make of poly - propylene fabric flexible with heat welding
technology
2. Sacks made out of circular cylindrical poly propylene provided with valve
in the form of hexagonal terminals.
3. The sacks are laminated ( coating) with complete layer from exterior part
with suitable polymerized article.
4. The raw material granules must be brand new and not reused.
5. Capacity of the sacks is 50 kg +/- 0.2 kg breaking.
6. Strength of coated fabric not less than500 N on slices of 5 cm width.
7. The sacks are to be very efficiency perforated to release all the air out
of the sacks during the filling.
8. Dimensions of the sacks are 62 +/- 1 cm height X 50 +/- 1 cm width X 9.5
+/- 0.5 cm thick.
9. The quality of the sacks are proved through drop tests by a special
testing machine at 120 cm height ,number of sacks samples are random
6 sacks for each 50,000 sacks. consignment to be randomly chosen by
quality control department in our company the sacks are considered
successful when all the six sacks are safe without any damage to any extend.
10. The cliche of our company trade mark must be printed on the side of
sacks in black color.
11. The surface density of fabric to be 85 gm/m2 with a tolerance of +/- 5
gm.
12 The sacks can withstand high temperature up to 110 degree centigrade.
13. The sacks are to be delivered 2500 sacks for each bundle and must be
stripped with strips.
