5. Shipping Marks? No Marks
6. Shipment in two lots, the time gap is 15 - 20 days between the
two lots. First lot of 1,000 tons to be shipped within 10 days right
after the date of the l/c opened. Then the second lot gets shipped
within following 15 - 20 days.
7. Port of Loading?
8. Port of Destination? Ningbo Zhenhai, China
9. Insurance? Insurance shall be affected by the Seller for 110%
of the invoice value.
10. Terms of Payment? The Buyer shall open an irrevocable Letter of Credit
at sight in favor of the Seller within 40 days after this Contract comes into
effect, The Letter of Credit shall expire 15 days after the shipping date of
2nd lot of shipment in seller?s country.
