Description :Dear Sir,
We are in requirement of following materials
1. Coconut coir mat
2. The product should be made from coconut fiber only without any PP net on any side.
3. Specifically designed for stabilizing dump slopes.
4. The coconut coir blanket shall be introduced as an interlay over the compacted slopes and aid soil retention, enhance surface stability, permeability of the turfs and assist vegetation developed from the seeds.
5. The length of one roll of the geo coconut coir blanket should be in between 40-60 meters and width should be in between 1.5 ? 2.5 meters.
6. The nominal weight of blanket should be 700 g/s qm. (+/-5%).
7. The supplier should be a manufacturer or supplier with 5 years of experience in this field. Tensile strength of coconut coir mat should be as per ISO 10319 i.e. 2.8 kg force per 20 cm.
8. Functional Longevity may be 3 years.
9. Water flow velocity may be <3 m/sec.
10. Product certified in ISO 9001 may be preferred.
