Description :We want 100% polyester sewing thread winding machine
Below are the jobs we want machine should be capable
of performing:
1. It should be able to wind from big cone of say 1. 89 kg
to 2 kg having 80-90 km of sewing / embroidery thread to
smaller cone like 112. 5 mm length and the dia of 12-13 mm
where 3-5 km thread will be winded and these cones will be
used by garments sewing machines or automatic embroidery
machine, if we wind embroidery thread.
2. It must have individual motors.
3. It can be manual, semiautomatic or fully automatic.
4. It must have thread yard / meter counter.
5. Low noise, less vibration, durable.
6. 220 / 440 volt.
7. Price should be quoted, FOB and also C&F Chittagong port.
(You must mention for each 20 ft container how many machines
can be accommodated, the cartoon / packing size need to be
mentioned).
8. In each spindle if we can put 2 / 3 / 4 small cone,
increasing the motor capability and maintaining the winding
ratio and compactness, this will definitely increase the
overall machine capability, you may keep this in mind.
9. If it is automatic and production capacity is 5 / 6 times
higher than traditional winders, we need not 3 / 4 spool in
a spandle.
