Description :We are interested in cup filling and sealing
machines, especially small rotary machines for liquid
and pastry products.
We would modify and CE-mark the machines (if necessary)
and sell under our name.

We don't have a concrete project for such machines, but, general
specifications are as follows:
Machines should be made from stainless steel and/or aluminum
with the following functions:
1. Cup denesting (stackable plastic cups)
2. Piston dosing system with hopper and cut-off valve for
liquid to pastry products like cream cheese or fine food
salads
3. Denesting and application of pre-formed seals
4. Free space (for gas flushing)
5. Sealing station
6. Lid applicator
7. Cup lift/ejector
8. Discharge belt

We may not use all these functions for every machine but
would like to modify the machine as necessary and carry out
format changes by our self. Therefore machine should have
an open PLC, ideally Siemens S7 and Festo pneumatics.
