We are in need of a manufacturer who can provide us with:
Production of design prototypes (Handmade prototypes acceptable)
Small-batch production run - regular, long-term production
(20,000 units to start)
Your diaper machines should be able to do all of the following:
Produce integrated elastic/stretch sides, creating a single unit in the style
of disposable training pants
Provide custom elasticity ratio for sides of brief.
Two elastic waistbands (One at the front and one at the back)
Colored leak guards
Custom printing on the plastic cover
Ability to overlay a cloth like covering on the plastic cover
Two custom sizes (Medium/large)
Custom sap to pulp ratio
Ability to produce a fully custom design
We do not want to purchase your design.
Ability to package final product in various size packages
