Description :We are a small company looking to improve the efficiency and
accuracy of our operation by employing a machine to cut our
handmade confections into squares and cookie-cutter shapes.
I imagine using a simple hand-press / operated machine of
interchangeable blades and cutter shapes that can cut in one
motion a tray measuring 14" x 9-1 / 2" (36cm x 25cm) into 4
squares, 8 squares, 20 squares, 96 squares, cookie-cutter
shapes, etc..
