We will pay $495. Seller just flaked on us. Procedures are
on a strict bank to bank basis. No MT799's in advance. We
go bank to bank showing our financial capacity against a single
tank receipt in the seller's name. We won't send an MT799 for
you to shop with for several days. We fully realize that 15m
MT does not exist in Houston tanks but a portion should to
start dealing with us. To make this better for the seller, we
will negotiate an annual contract immediately after first
sign of soft POP. This is simple, if you own product,
