Description :We have an immediate need for approximately 136 MT of
dehydrated 3/8" (10 mm) (fresh cut) diced apples with
no preservative. Good manufacturing practices, all appropriate
industrial application documentation required including acceptable
Kosher Certification. (prefer kosher acceptable to Union of
Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America) No musty,
decayed or other off flavors, color light brown to tan,
moisture 16-18%, Ingredient Statement: Apples, packaged in
1.5 mil density poly bags inside a suitable for export corrugated
carton of about 20 KG, Micro: standard plate count 3,000 gm max,
yeast/mold 300 gm max.
Apples to return to fresh cut dimensions when reconstituted,
free of foreign materials.
