Perkins OEM motor required

1.1 Liter 3000 Rpm ok.
EPA is optional and I need price of difference.
Must have price for open and silent version.
I require of all quotes to be considered shipping to
Africa, the final destination, units will be sent abroad for
government use.
Any quote considered will require additional documentation
of the factory and inspection of facilities on a frequent basis.
Order will be placed within 10 days. The project has been
3 years in planning and now is at final construction phase.
Production time and start date is also required.
Do not send a quote without detail photo and specifications.
My target price is $3200, any party submitting a "high"
quote will not be further considered.
