Description :Dear Suppliers/Manufacturers,
We are looking for the suppliers or manufacturers
who can supply digital printed punch bag
The details and specs are:
Bag wall
Printed full color solvent ink on to durable nylon backed
polyurethane (PU) material (synthetic leather).
Measuring 1050 mm height x 942.5 mm width
(Including 10 mm bleed to all edges to allow for hemming and seam)
Banding to the image will not be acceptable

Bag Top/Base
Printed full color, solvent ink on to durable nylon backed
polyurethane (PU) material (synthetic leather).
Measuring 300 mm finished diameter.
Banding to the image will not be acceptable

Manufacture
Trim and sew to form punch bag measuring
(1050mm Height x 3000 mm Diameter)
Supplied unfilled with 4 x hanging straps
(Printed full color from PDF supplied)
and D rings of appropriate size sewn in place corresponding to the image.
Supplied with hanging chains care must be taken not to
damage the image during any of the stitching or manufacturing process.

Delivery
Packaged flat with an insert tissue to prevent damage
to the printed surface due to rubbing during transit.
Photos and full technical specification sheet with be
provided upon proof of manufacturers integrity.
