Description :Buyer is looking to purchase a custom disposable urinal
per buyer specification.
This style of urinal is commonly called a "Piddle Pak"
and is used by aircrew, both male and female to urinate
when other facilities are not available such as small
general aviation aircraft without bathrooms. The Piddle
Pak is made of vinyl (PVC) and is approximately 15cm wide
by 30cm high. The Opening of bag is 15cm and slightly
angled for ease of use. The Opening has a double wire tin tie
closure to allow the opening to stay opened during use and
to be rolled over and secured so that no liquid spills out
when it is filled. There are two small flaps that touch each
other on the inside of the mouth to create a one-way
direction for flow. They also serve to form the channel
at the top for the tin tie.
The Piddle Pak shall have permanent printing on the outside
as shown in the photograph in one color.
The bag is made up of two larger pieces and two smaller
pieces that act as a one-way valve at the top. The material
thickness is 6mil (. 15mm) minimum.
