Description :Dear Sir;
Good day!

We need drum filling machinery according to following
items for our company:

1. Sealant Type: Different type Solvent free, high viscosity
Epoxy and Rubber base and in future Moisture Cure PU
adhesive sealant. For your info it is equal to Henkel
Teroson products such as: Terostat 273,Terostat 3215,
Terolan 6535

2. Temperature is changed from 80 ? 150 ?C for incurable
products and 50?C Max for curable products.

3.Viscosity range is :

I. Rubber base: Press Viscosity 7?2 gr/min, Nozzle 2mm ?,
Pressure 4?1 bar, Temp 20?C
II. Epoxy base: 300 ? 700 Pa.s, Brookfield Viscomete,
Spindle No 7, Speed 5 rpm ,Temp 20?C

4. Air is important and filling should be under vacuum,
and moisture is not critical currently but please offer for
moisture cure system, tack free time
(Moisture Cure PU Adhesive) is 10 minute max.

5. Mixing System is ?SIGMA Blade vacuum kneader? and
? Planetary Vacuum Mixer?

6.Currently PUMP is not available, please recommends
PUMP for your machine.

7. Drum Capacity is standard 20 and 200 liters so it needs
two sizes at least.
Your recommended tolerance is acceptable
8. Description of drum:
a. 200 Liters: L = 890 mm, D = 590 mm,
Thickness = 1.40 mm
b. 20 Liters: L= 355 mm, D = 285 mm,
Thickness = 1.40mm

If you can supply our company, please offer for both system
S14 & S6 with respect to above data and information with
flexible hose.
