Description :We have a ductile iron pipes and fittings
inquiry for project in Jordan.
1-Dia 1200mm
2- 11000m, T-type with PE sleeves.
3-1000m restrained joints pipes include all Accessories,
bolts, nuts from stainless steel PE sleeve..... Etc.
4-pipes must be According to ISO 2531, class k9.
5- Internal lining according to ISO 4179 from blast furnace
cement.
6- External coating from metallic zinc plus coal tar as ISO 8179.
7-PFA (allowable operating pressure)=25bars.
and the pipes must sustain additional 5 bars for surge pressure.
PN (nominal pressure for pipes according to ISO 2531 must
be 25bars)
Pipes must sustain a field test pressure=
1.5 x PN=25 X1.5=37.5 BARS
