2. ISO 2531:1998 (E) EN-545
3. Granite Constituent: 1-5% density average: 7050kg/cubic m.
4. Class K9
5. Accessories class: K12
6. Gaskets: EPDM or SBR or Buna-N
7. Manufacturing: Centrifugal force
8. Working pressure: 10bar
9. Tensile strength: 420mpa
10. Elongation: 10% (for ACC. 5%)
11. Brinell hardiness: 230HB (For ACC 250HB)
12. Hydrostatic Tests:
13. For pipes: 40bar
14. For accessories 16bar EN-545-2002
15. Connections: Spigot and socket
16. Push-on or tyton or standard or triduc, gaskets according to
ISO 4633 or EN 681-1
17. Mechanical joints of express type or T tupe accepted preferably
for special joints.
18. Special grease
19. Flanges according to ISO 7005/2 with galvanized screws.
20. inside lining: 5 mm thick of cement according to EN-545/2002
21. Exterior surface cover OD Zink and betomin layers: zinc is
150 gm/sq.m. or 130 gm/sq.m. If sprayed. ISO 8179 or BS 4772
22. Bitomin according to BS 3416 min. 70mic thickness and
50mic for dotted.
23. Epoxy preferable of 70mic
24. All accessories EN: 545 or ISO 8179 preferable epoxy cover 70mic.
25. Preferably: Pipes and accessories: Zinc layer according to EN:
545:2002 with 400 gm/sq.m. with epoxy coating of 150mic.
