Press to make floor coverings and other products out of raw rubber
and rubber granules.

This equipment must comprise of:
Press, hydraulic station, moulds 3, mixer, pneumatic lifting device

Main unit:
Clamping force: 63 t.
Pressure: 16, 5 mPa (165 kgs/cm2)
Heating plate dimensions: 500 x 500 x 2 or 400x400x2
Qty of levels: 2
Distance between the levels: 125 mm
Cylinder piston run: 250 mm
Diameter: 220 mm
Temperature: 128-200 C

Hydraulic press with two trays to make floor coverings, used in making
different materials that require hot pressure (die cast).
For example to make rubber products out of different plastics that
needs hot forming.
