Description :We want to buy the file box with lock spring mechanism for foolscap size paper.

Details and other specs are listed below:
1. The overall dimension of the file box shall be suitable for
holding foolscap sizes paper
2. The loading capacity of the file box must be not less than 500 sheets
of foolscap sizes, 75 gsm paper
3. The box shall be made of hard and stiff cardboard containing
at least 50% recovered fiber, with thickness not less than 2.7 mm for
its top (lid) and base and not less than 4 mm for that of its four supporting
borders
4. There shall be no sharp edges and points, both inside and outside the
file box, that could cause accidental cuts or abrasions to the users and damage
the office furniture
5. There shall be a nickel or tin-plated finger-ring on the lateral part (spine)
of the file box for easy picking out
6. There shall be appropriate label provided on the spine of the file box
for labeling and identifying the contents inside the box
7. The build-in type lock-spring mechanism on the base shall have sufficient
clamping force for holding 75 gm paper in low capacity from 1 to 10 sheets.
8. The locking clip located on the cover shall be secured when the file box
is left in a vertical position with full loading
9. The joint of the file box and cover shall be made of durable and elastic fabric
which enables the file box cover to be able to withstand frequent 180. Flexing
without damage
10. The surface of the file box shall be treated to keep the box free from
water mark, stains, scratch and dirt
