Foam Nest, Die-cut Foam and Packaging Inserts

Description :We are hopeful to find a manufacturer of foam nests (protective
insert packaging) to hold our product in place inside packaging.
We currently use polystyrene (hard) nests, but would like to
change to foam nests. We manufacture miniature (N and
Z-scale) train cars and train sets. We would have a number
of different nesting requirements over time, but would like
to start with a die-cut foam nest to use in a specialty set box
we are designing. Please send email to see the image of one example
of what we need. If you can provide this kind of foam
product, cut to our specifications, please contact me with
your minimums, and photo of a sample of your product.
