Description :We urgently need following Plant & Machinery in Nigeria
where a boom in factory setups is taking place right now
and needs the cost of plant supply C&F Plus the
installation , training and commissioning costs to include
the formulae for producing different flavors of fruit
juices from pulp and from concentrate (as there will be
times pulp will be not available readily)

The factory should have the capacity to produce and
package juices in both cans ,PET bottles and tetra pack.

Cans: Capacity to produce 80,000/hour for 350ml &
330ml and same or above for 250ml cans.

Tetra Pak: Capacity for the following:
2 liter pack = 7500 packs/hour
1.5 Liters = same or above/hour
1 liter pack = 10,000 and above/hour
0.750 litter = 20,000 and above/hour
0.500 liter = 40,000 and above/hour

PET Bottles:
500ml = 40,000+per hour
350ml = 40,000+/hour

Table Water:
2,1.5,0.500 liters packaging with standard outputs per hour.

The factory should have the capability of producing all
of the above on separate lines. We could start with one type
(line) of production and add the rest later.
