Description :Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that Electricity Distribution Company
Jordan announced for tender no 25/2009.
For supplying of ERW galvanized steel pipes
Closing date on 21/4/2009
The pipes needed in this tender will be used in manufacturing steel poles for
low voltage networks.
All pipes required in schedule 2 should be ERW, plain ends.
The pipes should be hot dipped galvanized externally and internally
according to BS 729. Attention must be paid to the zinc coating appearance.
The coating must be continuous, smooth and free from flux stains.
Prices: Should be on the basis of (CFR) Aqaba Jordan port.
The price of each item should be mentioned separately and must be based
on the units shown in schedule 2

Delivery the pipes must be delivered in three deliveries :
1- First delivery is 4 months from the awarded letter
2- Second delivery is 6 months from the awarded letter
3- Third delivery is 8 months from the awarded letter

Each delivery must have all kind of pipes lengths and diameter that are in
the tender documents

The pipes must delivered either in trailer or in Top-Open Containers :
Validity: Prices should be valid for 30 days from 21/4/2009
Payment: 100% by irrevocable & conformed L/C at sight

Attention should be paid to the rest of the specs :
Quotation with technical specs should be sent by email, origin offer with
technical specs, 2 copy of manufacturer catalogue to be sent by courier.
