Description :Dear Sir,
We are looking for ginger. The color should be natural yellow
without added color. Aroma naturally Characteristic strong
pungent taste, pleasant but intense odor, free of stale aroma.
Presence of aroma of kerosene oil will lead to rejection of the lot.
Supplier has to provide free from kerosene claim for each
supply & last storage temperature before shipment through COQ or
on the corresponding DC.
Appearance: Irregular shaped unbroken whole ginger rhizomes
not exceeding average size =1ft2 direct pH 5.5-6.5 BMR 3+ 0.1
essential oil 0.8 5.0% (zingiberene and zingiberol in Particular) 1.0 3.0% (others)

Insects infestation : Insects are not allowed . (Insects infestation is a not
uncommon risk with ginger. Consignment of ginger may be infested,
for instance, by tobacco beetles, rust-red grain beetles, flour beetles and
merchant grain beetles).

Packing : 20-25 Kgs knitted (airy) bag. If you can fulfill the requirement
