Description :Announcement Call for Qualification to Tender for Granite & Marble Lines
and Artificial Stone Production
The management Contractor (MC) and Consultant Engineer hereby,
invites interested yet qualified manufacturers of Granite and Marble and
Artificial Processing lines and machines to submit the below-mentioned
documents for the following Tender(s):

1. Natural Stone processing lines:
1.1. Granite Line:
1.1.1. GANGSA WS The gang saws produce 50.000 sq. m. / month
working 24 hours/day and 25 days/month.
1.1.2. Block Cutters The block cutters produce 40.000 sq. m. / month
working 24 hours/day and 25 days/month.
1.1.3. Slabs Restoring Line The line produces 100 sq. m. /hr. which
corresponds to 40.000 sq. m. /month working 16 hours/day and
25 days/month.
1.1.4. Slab Polishing Lines The two lines produce 120 sq. m. /hour
which corresponds to 48.000 sq. m. /month working 16 hours/day
and 25 days/month.
1.1.5. Tile Line The line produces 80 sq. m. /hr. which corresponds
to 32.000 sq. m./month working 16 hours and 25 days/month.
1.1.6. Tile Line with filling The line produces 80 sq. m./hr which
corresponds to 32.000 sq. m./month working 16 hours and 25
days/month. 1.2. Marble line
1.2.1. Gang Saws The gang saws produce 1800sq.m. /day which
corresponds to 45000 sq. m./month working 16 hours/day and
25 days/month.
1.2.2. Block Cutters The block cutters produce 900 sq .m. /day
which corresponds to 22.500 sq. m. month working 16 hours/day
and 25 days/month. If this production is split with the splitting machine,
the production is doubled and therefore. A production of 45.000 sq. m.
/per month is obtained.
1.2.3. Tile Line The line produces 80 sq. m/hr., which corresponds to
32.000 sq .m./ month working 16 hours/day and 25 days/month.
1.2.4.Slab Polishing Line The line produces 150 sq. m./hr. which
corresponds to 1.200 sq. m. working 8 hours/day which corresponds
to 30,000 sq. m./month and 25 working days.
1.2.4. Slab Restoring Line The line produces 120 sq. m. hr which
corresponds to 48.000 sq. m./month, working 16 hours/day and
25 days/month.
1.2.5. Marble Storios Splitting Line The line produces 80 sq. m. /hr
which corresponds to 32.000 sq. m./month working 16 hours/day
and 25 days/month.
1.3. Complete Restoring and Resin Saturation Lines for Granite and
Marble Slabs and Tiles.
1.4. Complete Polishing/Chamfering and Waxing Line for Granite and
Marble Slabs and Tiles.
1.5. Further Processing Machines
1.5.1. CNC Work-center for Granite & Marble
1.5.2. Edge Polisher for thick stones.
1.5.3. Lathe machine for manufacturing of columns.
1.5.4. Computerized water jet.
1.5.5. Water recycling plant.
