Specifications of galvanized steel coils:

1- Quality: Lock forming quality (LFQ), according to (ASTM)
527A, class G 90- hot dipped galvanized steel coils.
2- Base metal: Carbon steel of the following composition:
C (max. ) = 0.150 mn (max. ) = 0.060 p (max. ) = 0.035 s
(max. ) = 0.040
3- Min. Zinc coating ( 230 gm/m2) 180 as option
4- Surface protection: Slightly oiled
5- Treatment: No chemical treatment, not passifated, minimum
sprangles (smooth), no silicon compound (for galvanizing).
6- Coil specification, and required quantities for every thickness:
A- Tolerance for width of coil: (width of coil according to
order tolerances(-0 +1) =1.25m
B- Required sheets thickness (with quantities) as following:
0.7 mm/(qty:690 tons),0.80 mm/(qty:675tons),1.00 mm/
(qty:75 tons) 1.25 mm/(qty:15 tons),1.5 mm/(qty:45 tons)
Coil specification:
O. D: (1000 - 1100 mm), i. D: (510 - 520 mm)
