Description :We are looking for : High Stroke speed Press : 5 Ton Press
Single punch with NC feeder arrangement, Decoiler and straighter,
with 130mm width , 0.4mm thickness capable.
The application is as follows :
High speed Press with Servo NC Feeder for Incremental
through punching of - Slots of 1mmx50mm(1st model) and
1mmx35mm(2nd model), The pitch of the slots is variable.
RAW material Coiled Aluminium Coiled Sheet having width
135 mm (1st model) & 75 mm (2nd mode ) wide. The thickness
of Raw Material is 0.4 mm.
We need a press of Very high Speed Stroke Speed. We need Single
Punch press - where the Sheet should move by the increments set in
PLC to Punch the same slot at various Pitch.
