Description :We need following items promptly:
(a) 400 M/ton hot rolled steel sheet in coil
Hot rolled steel sheet in coil as per JIS G3116 SG295 (SG30),
mill edge, un pickled, uncoiled but skin passed, deep
drawing quality and suitable for manufacturing LPG cylinder.

Size: 2.65 mm x 1090 mm x coil - 400 ton
Coil weight: 8 M/ton (max. )
Coil ID: 762 mm (max. )

Chemical composition: Carbon 0.2%, manganese:1%,
phosphorus:0.04%, sulphur:0.04%, silicon:0.35%.
Mechanical properties: Tensile stress:45 KG/sq. Mm (min. ),
yield stress:30 KG/sq. Mm (min. ), elongation:26% (min. ).
Hardness:4 to 5 hrc.

(b) 250m/ton cold rolled annealed steel sheet in coil:

As per jis3141 spcc-sd, slit edge (or smooth mill edge) for
making steel drum as per following sizes:

A) 0.90 mm x 914 mm x coil - 160 M/ton
B) 0.90 mm x 1230 mm x coil - 90 M/ton

Coil weight- 5 M/ton (max), coil ID - 508 mm, anti rust
oiling - 200 mg per sq. Meter. Sheet weight - 7 kgs per sq.
Meter. Sheet hardness - 25 to 30 hrc
