directly from Indian refineries located in the states
Uttar Pradesh and Bihar so from authorised exporters of
Indian Sugar on the terms

FCA, CIF, CIP, DAP and DAT (INCOTERMS 2010).

ICUMSA: 80 - 100 max.
Packing: 50 kg PP bags with refinery marking placed to big bags 1,000 Kg.
Quantity: from 5,000 to 25,000 MT per month x 12 = 36 months.
Payment Terms: Irrevocable non-Transferable monthly
Renewable DLC (SWIFT 700) / T/T SWIFT MT 103.
Performance Bond: 2 - 5%.
Delivery: in containers FCL 20 ft, on trucks and dry cargo vessels.

End buyer should send us firstly its draft contract in DOC format
with company and banking details, business-profile, copies of
refinery certificates, photos of refinery marking on PP bags and
big bags, and its quotation or FCO for the year 2012 issued in
