Description :Have major client that required 4, 8 or 16 channel intelligent video
encoders for security applications. Encoders or options must include
autonomous PTZ capability, intrusion detection by forbidden directional
movement on both human beings and, vehicles or other objects; object
removal detection, stopped vehicle detection and unattended object
(like baggage) movement detection and alarm.

Prefer 110/60 power, 220/50 for Eastern Europe and option for
12vDC or PoP with 12 VDC input.

Video analytics is computer vision and artificial intelligence for identifying
and tracking objects, sees objects in 3D and understands patterns of behavior,
provides better performance than traditional Video Motion Detection,
relies upon pixels, not objects, operates automatically once programmed
with detection rules, with remote alarm and operator notification, is not
sensitive to car lights, weather, birds or small animals is covert and
provides no early warning to an intruder or thief.
