If you are broker not close to end seller no need either contact, no offense please as we do not wish waste your time, then consider our buyer
conditions as is or simply ignore, do not ask for LOI or ICPO, first step of procedure should starts by end seller full SCO with specification:
JP - 250.000bbls up to 5 million bbls x 12, net $11 under NWE
Delivery FOB Rotterdam, seller pays commissions not buyer.
Buyer not accept spot only contract 12 months with possible R/E
Buyer not accept contract production, fuel should in Tank
Procedure not negotiable:
1- Seller issues full SCO with full specification and must title holder
2- Buyer returns back SCO signed and accepted
3- SPA electronically signed
4- Seller issues SGS report bank to bank for product in tank
5- Buyer responds with blocked funds MT799 bank to bank
6- Buyer DIP and pays MT103 after loading
We already concluded with this buyer 4Million bbls blco on last November,
If all these conditions workable, we disclose buyer name for seller offer.
