Description :Our Kazakhstan private company buys equipment (complete line) for processing and packing CTC black tea. Below of CTC black tea processes machines, you must offer us commercial offers: Price of equipment (line), technical specifications of equipment, list of equipment, photo equipment, kW, technological scheme (with step by step description of the process) and layout of the plant, delivery; Installation. We need to set up a plant in Almaty (Kazakhstan) for processing and packing CTC black tea procured from India, Sri Lanka (Ceylon), Bangladesh, Vietnam, China, Kenya, etc.
For this require the following machinery: 1) Horizontal Rotary Drum Type Tea Blending Machine + Vibratory Sorter (Vibratory Sifter), Bucket Elevator, Belt conveyors for feed hopper; 2) Blended tea Storage Bin; 3) Form-Fill-Seal (FFSM) - packing machine (Volumetric filling system, Heat sealable material, Quantity: 100gm, 250 gm, 500 gm,? Packets/min); 3) Tea Bag Machine (Quantity: 2-5 gram,? Tea bag /min).
