Description :Dear Sir,

We have a serious project to install D&I, DRD and end lines in
Kermanshah, Iran to produce both aluminum and steel two pieces aluminum or
steel cans for beverages as well as food.

So, we kindly ask you to offer us also offer us an economical
line for sheet printing and lacquer coating.

We have three sheet sizes:
1.Sheets for production cans, two pieces DRD, 307x111
(83 x 43 mm)
Tin plate sheet 1027 mm x 846 mm x 0.16 mm
Temper grade: DR8, tinning 5.6/2.8 gr/m2
Max weight per still age: 2 ton
One side 4 color printing plus one varnish, one side one or two times coating
2.Sheet for production EOE 300 (End 73 mm)
Tin plate sheet 959 mm x 649 mm x 0.20 mm
Temper grade: T67, tinning 5.6/2.8 gr/m2
Max weight per still age: 3 ton
One side 1 color printing and gold lacquer coating, one side one time coating
3.Sheet for production EOE 307 (End 84 mm)
Tin plate sheet 966 mm x 634 mm x 0.21 mm
Temper grade: T67, tinning 5.6/2.8 gr/m2
Max weight per still age: 3 ton
One side 1 color printing and gold lacquer coating, one side one time coating
The minimum required capacity is:
We should print and coat 90,000 DRD sheets
(4 colors printing and over varnish one side and two times
lacquer coating other side) per week (6 days, 24 hours/day) plus
90,000 End sheets
(One color printing and gold lacquer coating for protection in one
side and one time lacquer coating other side) per same 6 days (24 hours/day).
For example we may finish 90,000 DRD sheets at beginning of week, and then we continue to finish 90,000 end sheets at remainder of week to finish all
180,000 sheets at 6 full days
