Our company is a small company in Victoria Australia.
As a company we supply communication support devices throughout Australia
We also do some exporting however not as much as we would like.
Because of the need to supply alternative products we are very interested in manufacturing towers and similar products out of aluminum
and possibly stainless steel.
However, we are looking for equipment that will be suitable in either
three phase 415Volt Ac or single phase 240volt AC.
We need 1 ampere
The price should be up to 5000 AUD
Australian electrical standards single phase
240Volts or 3 phase 415Volts certificates required
Equipment currently available here in Australia are quite good however
their costs are beyond our reach,
Hence our search overseas for more cost effective alternatives.
What we are looking for is an inverter pulse MIG welder that preferably is microprocessor controlled which in turn assists with the quality of welding,
with programmes for different types of welding requirements and materials.
Apparently you select material type thickness etc, of what is to be welded and the equipment sets the required settings for that application.
This equipment is also software upgradeable via wireless hand held devices.
Though we are not necessarily looking for all the whistles and bells,
We would like equipment that works well and reliable,
with the ability to do production welding of a variety of materials
without hours of setting up and days or months of learning.
