Description :Design for containerized shipping and limited skill and equipment
construction. Design should maximize interior space inside
the building. Prefabricated construction panels that easily
quickly and efficiently fasten together to complete a building
house, office, etc. Must meet strict International 2007 and
Florida 2008 Building Codes with engineering to pass wind
loads up to 140 mph. All electrical, plumbing, windows, doors
connect points must be installed and easily connected by

should be finished with 5/8 inch underlayment. Wall panels
should be finished with 1/2 inch OSB or better on the outside
ready for siding. Wall panels should be finished with fire
retardant panels, ready for paint or finish. Roof panels
should be finished with 1/2 plywood or better, ready for roof
material attachment. Interior walls should be finished with
fire retardant panels, ready for paint or finish.
