3. We don't want to waste either buyers/sellers time in Mailing/Negotiating
and prolonging the process. (Either we are in the deal or not should be
decided)

4. All the Paperwork like NCND, CONTRACTS, LOIS, FCO, MFPA etc,
So that we can complete the deal without delay.

5. We are here to conduct Business in a transparent, ethical, cooperative,
amicable way so that we can work together on a long term basis.

6. All the parties will be signing the NCND and respective share will be
taken care accordingly. Parties involved will be aware of the
transactions/all emails will in CC so that nothing will be hidden.
