and, in accordance with a book of conditions and technical specifications,
the most essential point is that all bidders must present with their offers a
bid bond of 300.000,-- Euro which is a must to be issued by bidder banker
and drawn on buyer's bank.. This is must to be presented together with the
offer otherwise offer is rejected. The closing date for offers is on 9th June 2009,
while after that date any offer will be rejected. Of course we have very strong
relations with buyer's committee and assure you that you can be awarded for this
