Description :Hi, Please provide me quotation of machines which are required for
orange juice plant . We are going to start plant at Amravati Maharashtra
Following are my requirements .
1)Daily input capacity of Oranges: 30 - 40 Tones /day :
Approximate : 2-3 Tones / Hrs Approximate output capacity : 18000 ltrs
Juice/ day
Please details of machine with input and out put capacity and power
consumption of each machine .
2) We want to prepare Orange Juice , Pulp and squash (Concentrate)
Packaging of Pulp : Drums Packaging of concentrate (Squash ) in Pet bottle
or tin / drum Packaging of Orange Juice in pet bottle Drum .
De bittering process need to be considered with giving solution.
3) Orange juice can be prepared from Orange pulp during off season of
Oranges to continue supply of Orange juice to customer on continues basis .
4) During off season of Oranges we want to process other Fruits like Lemon
or Moshmi (Mosambi ) in same processing line . So we may do
continuous (automation ) or batch processing .
5) At same time we want Orange Peel oil extraction and Aroma extraction .
6) QC / QA Lab Instrument & Utensil.
7) Effluent Treatment Plant details if required .
8) Please provide approximate quotation in such a way that it will include
fabrication , installation and commissioning charges .
9) Layout of the plant (Approximate Cost of Building ) .
10)Approximate Taxes to be paid for machines.
