Payment: Non Transferable and Irrevocable, fully funded and
auto revolving Sight L/C against shipping documents at
Buyer's Bank.

We have LOI from original buyer on hand and we represent
the buyer directly.

Non negotiable Terms:
1. The Buyer and the seller sign the Contract (not brokers)
2. Contract will be signed with the Factory.
3. The Buyer visits the factory.
4. Non Transferable Confirmed Irrevocable sight L/C
