Supply requirements:
1. Transfer of oil into bulk liquids tanker or tank trucks
for shipment
2. Monthly supply of 1500-5000 metric tons if initial test
shipment is satisfactory
3. Capability to test oil chemically and report properties
4. Acceptance of payment backed by letters of credit
