We are searching for PE 80 granules, requirement as follow:
1.Particle color cylindrical or oblate shape for the particles,
particle size in any direction should be 2 up to 5 mm
Is not entrained impurities, without odor.
2.Melt mass flow rate: 0.3 ≤ MFR ≤ 0.9g/10min, (190, 5Kg)
3.Tensile properties: Tensile strength ≥ 20Mpa; elongation ≥ 600%
4.Thermal stability: Oxidation induction time ≥ 40min
5.Density: 0.940 ≤ ρ ≤ 0.960g/cm3
6.Water content ≤ 0.1%
7.Ash content ≤ 0.05%
8.Melt means the rate of change of ≤ 20%
