400,000 Plastic pencil cases
We were initially looking for a custom style pencil case POD and
have now realized we should find it more economic and quicker
to find a supplier with a suitable Multi Cavity mould on
a standard plastic pencil case +/- 190 X 50 X 20 at a low target
price. This should be a simple Top/Bottom case in PP or similar
material yellow colour with a full colour logo, or apply a sticker
(either is acceptable).

Ideally we are looking for production in 20-30 days, however if a
new mould is required to achieve then we would look at alternative
deliver options

Please indicate your lowest cost products and specifically for us to
understand the implications on 400,000 units
1) Your existing manufacture capability per week and cost per unit
2) Any alternative cost to increase production and the time taken
to obtain additional mould etc.

The gramage thickness of the pencil case can be +/- 30-50 microns
with target price of $.1 / $.125 per unit etc

Should we not find suitable then a further option is to consider a
PVC style pencil bag Also we are holding enquiries for 400,000
pencils, rulers and wax crayons and pending your reply on the
pencil case we may ask you to quote on these.
