Paper, ribbed black with rope handle (or similar).
Hot foil stamp (gold) logo on one side.

Non-woven shopping tote bag
12.5 wide x 13 high with large 8.5 reinforced gusset bottom.
With straps approx.10 long enough to go over the shoulder.
