I'm looking for a factory that can make and pack 6 circular
cups in a circular container (tube), preferably in plastic..
Each inner cup will hold a concentrated powder that can make
2 full quarts when mixed with water. Please let me know if you can
do it and what will be the best FOB price per container.
I'm dealing with a store now that is interested in purchasing
about 20,000 tubes per month.

If you can also do the individual packets that will be great.
