contract for food services for the New York City School
system. This client uses 500,000 units a month. Each unit
consists of a plastic 5 ? inch Spork (Spoon with fork top)
a 5 ? inch straw and a 10 inch square tissue. The items are
then put into a small plastic heat sealed pouch.
